I'm slowly plodding along with Terra, just 3 more pages to redo and then I'm ready to start preparing for print, which means making a cover and some extras... sorry for the delay.

I've been watching some anime recently, gasp! Firstly, Gurren Lagann, which had the most amazing first half I have ever seen, and then it all went to hell. Don't get me wrong, the second half was epic, and amusing to watch, but it just didn't do it for me the way the first half did. A bit of a shame really, but that's not going to stop me spamming with first half fan art as soon as I have more time not being taken up by Terra.

Secondly, Soul Eater, which I should finish watching today. I really like the characters in this, so I'm a bit conflicted as to what I think of it. I feel like it's a bit unnecessarily long, with lots of one-off episodes thrown in to pad it up to 50+ episodes, but then a lot of the one-off episodes are also my favourites, because they just involve the characters doing funny stuff.

Gifted Contest

I'm not sure if *kelinor is going to want to extend the deadline (edit: it's been extended to 30th September ) since we're sort of lacking entries and maybe people need some more time, but the contest [link] deadline is in 5 days, so if you want to win some art, get a move on! ... Please?

Commissions

I base my prices on the (very low) rate of around $5/hr. The list below is based on one character; additional characters cost varies depending on the size and complexity of the additional characters.

Sketch: $4/£2/€2

Lineart: $8/£4/€4

Flat Colour: $10/£5/€5

Cel Shaded (solid shading): $14/£7/€7

Fully Painted (soft blended shading): $20/£10/€10

Add a simple background for $4/£2/€2 or a detailed background for $8/£4/€4.

Rules are very simple: I'll draw anything except pornography, but if your request is something that makes me uncomfortable despite not being pornographic, I reserve the right to refuse to draw it.
I always ask for the description of the image you want before taking any money.
